Servir alcohol implica muchos riesgos. No actuar de manera responsable podría resultar en multas, encarcelamiento, pérdida de su licencia de venta de licores, aumento de los costos del seguro o pérdida de su negocio. Este programa prepara a los camareros, meseros, anfitriones, ayudantes de camarero, porteros y todo el personal de atención al público para manejar con eficacia y seguridad situaciones difíciles en su operación.

En este curso de ServSafe® Alcohol aprenderás:
• Leyes de bebidas alcohólicas y su responsabilidad
• Manejo de situaciones difíciles
• Reconocer y prevenir la intoxicación
• Comprobación de la identificación

Conoce las prácticas seguras y responsables en la venta y servicio de bebidas alcohólicas y reduce el riesgo de incidentes relacionados con el alcohol. Incluye certificación.
