En este taller se ofrecerá un instrumento guía de las áreas que deben inspeccionarse rutinariamente en el restaurante, incluyendo cocina, almacén, refrigeración, higiene del personal y documentación requerida por el Departamento de Salud. Los participantes aprenderán cómo realizar una autoinspección preventiva para identificar incumplimientos antes de una visita oficial.
